At mdpt.co.za, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and you may need to cancel your booking. To ensure fair treatment to both our clients and therapists, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation within 24 Hours
If you need to cancel your booking within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, a 50% payment will be required. This fee covers our therapists’ time and any preparations made for your appointment.
Missed Appointments
If you miss your appointment without prior notice, full fees will apply. This fee covers our therapists’ time and any preparations made for your appointment.
Notice of Cancellation
To cancel your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. You can cancel your appointment by calling us at +27 71 446 9722 or emailing us at info@mdpt.co.za. Please provide your name, appointment date and time, and reason for cancellation.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of your cancellation. Please note that refunds will only be issued if cancellation is made within the specified timeframes outlined in this policy.

Exceptions may be made in the case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your appointment due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstance.
